Position DescriptionObjectives:The Analyst of Government Business Analytics will be a keycontributor to DaVita's efforts to provide integrated care to our Medicaredialysis patients. The Analyst will support the Director of GovernmentBusiness in development and improvement of processes around data managementand reporting, and demonstrate a proven ability to analyze and translate thedata into meaningful business insights to support multiple integrated careprograms. This role will require expertise in quantitative analysis andfinancial modeling, and an ability to work effectively across multiple teamsand levels of the organization to help DaVita reach its goals for integratedcare development.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:* Data analytics and financialmodeling* Operational reporting development creation, delivery, andautomation* Prepares, organizes, and displays data/results to conveytargeted messages for each audience* Act as a liaison between differentbusiness lanes within DaVita departments to facilitate the collection andanalysis of operational and financial parameters * Present findings fromanalysis to external and internal clients/stakeholders* Use effectivecommunication methods and well-developed interpersonal skills to buildrelationships and collaborate with multiple stakeholders from all levels ofthe organization* Work closely with department teammates to assist inevaluating, implementing and monitoring progress on key developmentopportunities* Understands regulatory guidelines and operates within theguidelines to mitigate risk to the business* Support top enterpriseinitiatives with exposure to senior leadership and influential externalstakeholders* Build financial models to support legislative and regulatoryadvocacy, investment decisions, vendor and partner negotiations, newmarket selection, and medical cost innovation pilots* Lead projects withsupport from manager and the team* Apply a relentless attention to detail inall deliverables* Deal with confidential information using discretion andjudgmAll About VillageHealth.VillageHealth is a Strategic Business Initiative ofDaVita and is comprised of a dedicated team of specially trained nurses andprofessionals providing integrated care management to patients with kidneydisease throughout the US.
