As a HR Generalist at Spacesaver, you will be responsible for providing recruitment support, administrative, technical and leadership support for Company's entire range of employment related responsibilities, activities, and functions. You will help develop the human resources policies and programs covering talent acquisitions, orientation, onboarding, and employee relations and retention. A few of the Highlights of this Role Include:Provides exceptional customer service assigned groups. Acts as a true business partner or resource to help achieve business and/or team objectives.Leads recruiting efforts for non-exempt, exempt, production and temporary employees. Develops innovative ways to hire top talent. Schedules and conducts interviews, compiles feedback and assists in making hiring decisions.Maintains good public relations status with the various civic and welfare organizations, local plants, and business people in the community regarding personnel functions. Organize and attend job fairs.Leads the New Hire Orientation process and participates in the presenting to New Hires.Generates counseling/final warning memos for supervisors and assist in administering discipline as needed.Counsels team members on human resources policies or personal problems; makes EAP referrals when necessary. We are looking for candidates who have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Education or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience.
