Our Project managers lead delivery of global clinical trials across therapeutic areas, lead implementations of patient access hubs and reimbursement programs in centers and in the field.

As a project manager for UBC, you will have ability to leverage your expertise today and then either develop your expertise across service lines or deepen into a specialty.

Typically, our project managers will be responsible for some or all of the following:

Project Manager, Clinical Research Services

  • Serves as key management and primary contact for customer(s).
  • Responsible for overall customer satisfaction.
  • Provides leadership to internal, cross-functional teams striving to meet project deliverables and timelines.
  • Coordinates, manages and leads internal and external project meetings to ensure cross-functional teams are meeting program deliverables.
  • Informs stakeholders of progress and issues and manage expectations on all aspects of the project.
  • Serves as the primary contact with the sponsor for all study related items, with oversight of all aspects of trial conduct, from study start-up through close-out in accordance with company and project specific SOPs, guidelines, budgets, timelines and contracts

Project Manager, Patient Support Services

  • Serves as key management and primary contact for customer(s).
  • Responsible for overall customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures operational plans are developed consistent with program needs, including but not limited to, the development of communication plans, monitoring plans, project plans, training plan, study timelines and clinical management plans; monitor project progress as compared to established plans and ensure compliance with plans
  • Provides operational direction and leadership to multidisciplinary functional roles and teams responsible for implementation tasks and planning of new programs and services including, but not limited to reimbursement hubs, clinical nurse support, patient assistance programs, and field services.
  • Assists in preparation of client proposals in response to RFPs
  • Ensures project budget is tracked against contract milestones
