Building Health & Recovery WE ARE CODA We provide medical treatment, teach parenting skills, carry out research and manage health records. We cook, we write, we keep CODA's buildings safe and clean. We run group counseling sessions, manage payroll, hire, train and support our 300 colleagues working in several locations in Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington Counties. We are counselors, nurses, maintenance workers, accountants, leaders, medical assistants, case managers, administrative staff and doctors. Our Human Resources Recruiter makes a difference by: 'Ensure the effectiveness of day-to-day recruiting, screening, and selection activities for a growing, 300-employee organization. 'Manage requisitions for hiring employees. Review, evaluate, and resolve issues with requisitions so that recruitment efforts result in a sufficient number of highly qualified applicants in the shortest possible timeframe. 'Screen and actively manage applications, complete pre-screening, coordinate interviews for all qualified applicants with the hiring managers. 'Attract a qualified and diverse pool of job applicants through a variety of traditional and non-traditional recruiting activities such as hiring announcements, recruiting advertisements, targeted outreach campaigns, professional networking, recruiting events, career open houses, and other similar activities. 'Provide friendly, engaging first point of contact between applicants either in person, by email, or telephone. 'Participate in new-hire processing and onboarding activities for new employees. Coordinate on-boarding process communication, scheduling, and pre-employment testing. 'Other Human Resources tasks as assigned. Those with the following qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply: 'A Bachelor's Degree in human resources, organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology, or similarly related area of study - OR - a combination of college studies in human resources, psychology or business administration and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, or a combination of related college studies and experience. 'A minimum of 2 years related experience. 'Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a friendly and conversational tone via email, telephone, and published materials. 'The ability to organize large amounts of information; to maintain accurate records; to collect, analyze, and draw conclusions from data; and to create accurate and informative reports keeping others informed of general outcomes, trends, successes, failures, and ongoing challenges.
