Our entire team works to ensure patients receive their medications efficiently and begin the process of healing.Current NeedWe are in current need of a Sales Trainee that will be trained on the responsibilities of overseeing a McKesson sales territory for our Independent Retail and Hospital System customer markets. This trainee position will last for approximately six to nine months and will be based out of the Robbinsville, NJ Distribution Center. Traveling to other locations and ride-alongs with current trainees will take place during the trainee program. At the end of the trainee period, the trainee will interview for open positions within McKesson and could be hired anywhere within the northeast region where a position is available. Being open to relocation is a requirement of this position.Position DescriptionResponsible for the sale of certain products or services. Duties involve direct one-to-one communication with customer or client. Performs field promotion work and develops new accounts. Demonstrates products and/ or services and provides assistance in the best application of product or services. Answers all questions concerning products or services and refers questions along as necessary. May coordinate company product support (including technical engineering support) and services to ascertain customer's needs. May close transactions and take orders. May estimate time and sales expenses expected and submit to management. Investigates product/service warranty claims to ensure resolution within marketing policies. May analyze records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. Interprets accounts, trends, and records to management. Sells to new and present clients.
