The Referral Coordinator for Mercy Health Services Intake department for Home Health and Hospice serves as a liaison between Intake RN's, Patient's, Physicians, Home Care and Hospice Schedulers/Mercy and Non Mercy Referral Sources and provides office support functions for Intake nursing staff. Some duties include managing incoming referrals, verification of benefits coverage and data entry.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma

  • 3-5 years in medical environment/customer service

  • Strong computer and phone skills

  • Medical terminology preferred
