Job Description:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act. The RN coordinates care with members of the health care team and delegates responsibilities to others as appropriate. A perinatal nurse is part of an elite group of nurses who develop an exceptional skill set and float between our 18 bed Level III NICU where we provide care for neonates 30 weeks gestation and above, our 15 bed L&D unit and our 30 bed postpartum/newborn unit. Our nurses provide the highest quality patient care in an environment that is focused on patient safety, teamwork and professional growth and development. Our team provides developmental care in a family centered environment. Candidates with superb customer service and a positive attitude will be considered for this position. This is a night position, 12 hour shifts with every third weekend. Benefit eligible.

Job Qualifications:


MN RN license, BLS certified with American Heart or American Red Cross as a health care provider and one year RN post-partum, labor, or NICU experience required.
