JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Emergency Department is a Level 3, fast pace, high acuity ED with 35 patient rooms (stroke and cardiac certified). The unit sees 40,000 plus patients annually (birth to end of life); ENT, eye, GYN, orthopedics, heart care, and Level 111 Trauma. In addition to providing emergency services to patients of all ages the department supports victims of sexual abuser with specially trained sexual assault nurse examiners (SANE). The ED has 100 staff; 52 Nurses, 13 UCC's, and Tech's. Hours: 8 hour shifts, 2300-0730, weekend/holiday rotation Full Time / Part Time: Part Time with Benefits FTE: 0.80 Provides care to: adults, older adults, children and neonates with emergent medical conditions under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse.
