FTE: 0.001000 *1.0 FTE is Full-Time, any position less than 1.0 FTE is Part-Time, and .001 FTE is Optional Part-Time* *Positions with an "FTE" (full time equivalency) of .875 - 1.0 are eligible for full-time medical, dental and vision benefits. Positions with an "FTE" of .5 - .874 are eligible for part-time pro-rated medical, dental and vision benefits* Shift: 4 Responsibilities:Provides respiratory care to patients as directed by the medical staff and in accordance with the hospital's objectives, policies and procedures. The individual will have a preceptor identified prior to the start of each rotation for supervision of assigned duties. Other duties as assigned. Clinical experience in hospital, home care or skilled nursing facility is preferred. Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program with an Associates Degree is required. Graduate Respiratory Therapist Bachelors Degree is preferred. Must produce a valid license issued by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Respiratory Care Practitioner within 60 days from the date of graduation from an accredited program of study in Respiratory Care. Failure to produce a valid license within the required timeline will result in termination due to no longer meeting the requirements for the position. Basic Life Support ( BLS ) is required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support ( ACLS ) is preferred.
