Position Purpose:Ensure high level of service and product availability in large retail networks - Ensure correct parameterization of the customer's order generation system (s) - To be focal point of communication with the team of Supply of the customer and with teams of logistics - Ensure the flow of relevant planning planning information between CS & L customer, business and teams - Guarantee appropriate supply of promotions and launches - Manage key customer supply indicators
Ensure the flow of customer orders to Colgate
Guarantee Maximum Case Fill Rate
Guarantee chain and order cycle optimized for the supply of stores
Ensure supply of stocks and launches
Ensure the correct parameterization of the ordering systems
Ensure / mobilize with the responsible areas the necessary corrections of product registration
Scale the correct inventory for the operational model of each chain and take corrective actions with the customer in the cases of overcrowding and ruptures
Manage customer deliveries and Colgate freight team
Manage all delivery and delivery indicators to the customer and internally to Colgate (Case Fill, On Time, No Show, Breakdowns, Virtual Stock, DOH, Inventory)
Conduct projects that optimize the delivery chain in order to generate benefits for Colgate and customer
Minimum experience of 6 months in CS&L
